Yoga is not only just about physical movement, sometimes the focus is on the movement of the breath which is connected to the energy flow and the mind as well as working with sound which can assist in sending vibrations through your whole matrix to bring about a deeper sense of connection, harmony and transformation. The form of movement is less important than where the movement comes from, how it is perceived in the body and mind and the interconnectivity between all the levels of existence within ourselves while moving.  

Through the various movement forms Annelie practiced throughout her life, it has given her a unique ability to connect to the source of the movement both within herself as well as for her clients in order to create coherent, aligned and healing movement, guiding the energy and body-mind back to a state of balance.

Through various movement, energy development, spiritual and healing practices, it is possible to gain a higher level of self awareness as well as understanding the impact of our actions on our essential nature as well as on those around us.  Join me for a journey of self discovery that has the potential increase the consciousness in every cell of your being to assist in the process of developing humility, gratitude, compassion, peace and harmony in yourself and your environment. 

Classes will commence at various times, anything from 5:30am until a finish time of roughly 10pm GMT.

Class timetable for this week: -Tuesday 5:30am mixed class, -Wednesday 10am Tibetan tantric self healing practice, 

-Wednesday 7:30pm mixed class, -Friday 5:30am Tibetan tantric self healing practice, 

-Sunday 10am mixed class Mixed classes: can involve any form of movement, sounds and breath work, healing and energy development. Tibetan tantric self healing practice: A specifically guided practice that involves many forms of therapy (incuding breathing, mudras or “hand positions”, mantras, visualisation, colour and sound therapy) to help guide the mind and body to a place of resolution and stillness. It helps to relax body, speech and mind and has the capacity to increase life force, joy and a feeling of harmony on all levels. If you are unsure about this, please feel free to contact me
