Corporate Health and Wellness
Lightening the load
I am inspired by the intricate balance maintained within the universe to give us all an opportunity to live, breathe and express ourselves as a unique culmination of particles of light. Our ability to constantly adapt to new creations and manifestations in the universe, allowing our consciousness to evolve and expand back towards the whole.

During my exploration of life, I learned the principles of existence and the language of the exchange between the seen and unseen worlds. Life is governed by the same essential principles across the board, whether it is applied to working or love relationships, how we interact with our environment, our understanding of exchange according to economy; social order according to cultural and political systems, or the application of consciousness in our health and well-being in daily life.

Life Inspired Light is extremely proud and excited to share their latest work The Real Story. The project might have been a lengthy one, but this was one story that really needed to be told.

BBC Gym Manager
Kim Hino, Head of Department, sport and activities, David Lloyd Leisure
The Gym Manager role required someone with a strong fitness background but also someone who understood the industry, had good business sense and marketing ability as well as customer service skills and the ability to multi task under pressure in a demanding environment; this was never an easy role to fill. However, Annelie showed her aptitude in all the above areas and her true passion for working in the fitness industry and her commitment to success; Annelie also introduced more nutrition and wellness based programmes which heightened member retention and new member sales.
Once Annelie was in her role as Gym Manager for the BBC Club, immediately both the head of the BBC Club as well as members commented on what a strong difference Annelie had made to Bush House and that finally they had a Gym Manager who was intelligent, responsible, personable and knew what the customers wanted, in turn, membership grew at Bush House along with class participation and the introduction of new programmes and services – fitness, nutrition and wellness related-which lead to Bush House becoming the leader among the 6 sites of the BBC Club.
Annelie stepped into a site that was working well below performance with a less then stellar reputation and managed to turn the site around and the members in a very short time frame.
Annelie is a very highly qualified individual which in the health and fitness industry is a very rare find, since Annelie possess both fitness knowledge and business know how coupled with customer service skills and true passion for her work.
Thirtysevendegrees Health and Wellness Manager
Steve Edwards, Operations Manager, Ark Leisure Management
I have found Annelie to be extremely professional and through in her approach to the job. She quickly developed a strong reputation within the company for being effective and successful in achieving results.
Annelie has always been keen to take on additional work that enhances her development. She took the initiative to develop social events for ARK Staff as well as co-ordinated two highly successful inter corporate wellness events which each attracted more than 30 people.
She quickly presented herself with good general management skills and was promoted to manager at Bush House (BBC) in July 2006. She has continued to deliver a wide range of wellness programmes for her members there which have made her a strong candidate for the role of Wellness Manager at 37 degrees. She is highly dedicated to this area and it’s clear that she will be a strong asset in this position. The loss of Annelie from the corporate fitness industry is most definitely a gain for 37 degrees.
