Dissolution of the Ego

A workshop containing 3 different themes all related to the dissolution of the part of ourselves that tend to keep us stuck in one Identity, unable to evolve or go beyond the fears that keep us stuck in form, separating us from the constant flow of grace.  

Who is this for:

- Those who want to spiritually evolve and find resolution or peace, 

- For those at the end of their lives to make peace with death, 

- To help those going through big life or physical body changes to find peace and acceptance 

- To prepare your body and mind to take the next step in the ever changing reality we are currently facing on planet earth.  

- For those who have come to recognise that if they don't stop fighting, they will never find peace. 

- For those who would love to experience the grace that comes with the art of surrender.

None of us like change if it is beyond what we can control, especially if we didn't make the choice to go into a direction life wants to take us, but such is the nature of samsara... the constant cycles of birth, life, death and re-birth...  all is impermanent for as long as we exist on planet earth and none of us are beyond that.  What better way to embrace this change by accepting the death of the impermanent Identity, re-connecting us to the eternal essence underneath all the illusary imprinted layers.

Birth - Absorb and expand, expience... cycles of life, when to start?  how do you know? what to do to find the answers? keeping busy, explore, achievement - reason, content

Old age - space created, integration, understanding, wisdom, compassion, recognition, compression - meaning, context

Death - surrender, forgive, resolution, completion, dissolution, realisation - purpose, the whole

Re-birth - physical, emotional, time, mental, space, spiritual, consciousness
