Lama Geva Jampa Gyatso will be offering some teachings around the concepts of mind and meditation in Buddhist Psychology (Abidharma). Â Understanding these base principles are at the foundation of all practice. Â The most important part of these teachings are in understanding the cause of most of our imbalances... which usually manifests as uncontrolled emotion. Â During these days you will learn some movements and other practices to help the resolution of emotions and the subtle elements to support you to find a more balanced, harmonious life.
