Lama Geva Jampa Gyatso will be offering some teachings around the concepts of mind and meditation in Buddhist Psychology (Abidharma).  Understanding these base principles are at the foundation of all practice.  The most important part of these teachings are in understanding the cause of most of our imbalances... which usually manifests as uncontrolled emotion.  During these days you will learn some movements and other practices to help the resolution of emotions and the subtle elements to support you to find a more balanced, harmonious life.
