A new moon represents a new beginning, a new start that has unlimited potential depending on where we choose to focus our energy and awareness. Â Join me this Thursday for a chance to start the new 28 day cycle with calm, clear and peaceful energy to build on something beyond your average day to day existence... something that invests in your spiritual growth, consciousness and healing of yourself and all beings. Â
This practice will consist of a little bit of introduction and ending, but focus specifically for 1 full hour on mantra recitation. Â The specific mantra chosen will be discussed and provided during the session.Â
