About the event

At 07:24am in the UK, the new moon will reach it's peak on the 1st of April, preventing us from seeing its magnificently reflective qualities while allowing us to go deeper into the space element.  This is a good time for healing, re-birth and new beginnings. This new moon in April is especially good for expressing things you have not yet communicated in a calm, balanced way in order to promote healing for self and other.  It  provides the opportunity for healing the body from physical ailments and traumas as well, so what better way to start your day with some chi kung and a mantra recitation practice that re-connects us to the feminine energy consciousness of space to bring in the light.

Chi Kung helps to generate, harmonise and heal the energy and chi flow, countering the negative effects of astrological and human interferences, wi-fi signals, toxicity and many other forms of stimili we absorb on a day to day basis, causing erratic behaviours, explosive emotions and aggitation in our speech. These in turn have the potential to harm others.  We will start the session with chi kung and some basic opening of the body and energy channels, then preliminary prayers before going into a 1 hour mantra recitation meditation from 6:30am.

This event will contain ritual, prayers and mantras from the Buddha Dharma Texts and will only require your attendance through meditation, relaxation and possible participation if you know the mantra.  You do not have to actively take part in any way if you do not want to, you can just listen, observe and receive these very powerful blessings to help clear obstacles in your path and find peace and healing.

Chi Kung is an energy development practice that has been practiced for thousands of years as part of the general medical system in China.  It is accepted as part of the Integrative Medical system of healing in the West and recently becoming more known as a preventative health care tool to support our vitality, both before as well as during periods of illness/disease.
